MEAT DISHES

Grilled AAA Rib steak (14oz) seasoned with mixed spice and sprinkled with Fior di Sale*.
*Fior di Sale: Sea Salt is known for its ‘sweetness’, that is, its absence of bitter minerals

Ossobuco con Polenta o Riso
Veal Ossobuco cooked a tomato sauce made with carrots, onions, celery , mushroom, garlic, bay leaves and red wine. Served with a choice of polenta (cornmeal) or risotto

Brasato alla Piemontese
Braised beef with a minced celery, carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, and red wine. Slices topped in own Brasato sauce.

Saltimbocca alla Romana
Thin veal slices lightly floured cooked with pancetta and sage in a velvety (butter/flour) white wine sauce.

Piccata al Limone
Thin veal slices lightly floured served in a velvety (butter/flour/) lemon sauce.

Scaloppine ai Funghi
Thin veal slices lightly floured served in a velvety (butter/flour) mushroom sauce, topped with parsley.

Scaloppine al Marsala
Thin veal slices lightly floured served with a velvety (butter/flour) Marsala wine sauce.

Cotoletta alla Bolognese
Baked chicken or veal cutlets topped with prosciutto crudo, mozzarella, Bolognese sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese. Served wih Pasta.

FISH DISHES

Sogliola all’Isolana
Dover Sole Filet 8 oz (boneless) baked with cherry tomatoes, capers, black olives on a bed of sliced potatoes, seasoned with oil, garlic, citrus juice, dill, fresh fennel leaves and parsley.

Orata alla Griglia
Grilled Mediterranean Sea Bream, seasoned with olive oil, lemon, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
**Served whole, not de-boned. Ask your waiter if you would like it de-boned**

Grigliata di Calamari e Gamberoni
Seasoned Grilled calamari and tiger shrimp, flambéed with Italian brandy, balsamic vinegar and a spring of rosemary.

Filetto di Salmone
Seasoned grilled salmon fillet flambéed with Italian brandy and a spring of rosemary.

**Zuppa di Pesce**
Fish soup made with a variety of seafood including Lobster, King crab legs, tiger shrimp, scallops, monkfish, skate, tuna, salmon, cod, swordfish, shrimp, squid, mussels and clams in a tomato sauce; served with fried bread slices.
Please note this dish is made fresh from scratch and will need approx. 30 to 45 min or more to prepare -Times vary depending on how many are on order.
